JEWELRY

About

After a severe traumatic brain injury reshaped her life, she found her way from numbers to metal — transitioning from a career as a CPA to becoming a metalsmith jeweler. She has been creating jewelry for approximately 15 years, with the past seven focused on metal smithing. Each piece she makes still feels like a small miracle.

Art runs deep in her family. Her grandfather blew glass in the basement of his Kauai home, her great-grandfather worked in metal fabrication, and her father was a talented artist in oils and charcoal. She likes to think she inherited their creative spark — especially her love of glass. As a child, she collected glass pieces and beads, drawn to the way they caught the light. Learning how to string beads, make a crimp, and add a clasp marked the beginning of her creative journey.

Today, she brings that same love of color, texture, and transformation into every design she creates. Her jewelry is more than metal and stone — it is a reflection of resilience, family, and the beauty that can emerge from change.
